Advanced Spiral Technology’s Flight Blank Designer Program will quickly and easily calculate and draw any screw flight or auger flight blank size for you almost instantly. The program has been tested and utilised for many years by some well respect screw flight manufacturing companies and its accuracy is incomparable.

Once you have completed your calculation you can then save the file to your hard drive as a dxf so it can then be sent to your cutting machine for processing.

This program will be commercially available to all interested parties very shortly. We will be charging a small fee to provide us with the funding to further develop the program and incorporate additional features.
